Do not look at me like that you cheeky bastard ♥ I know you've thought of it, so let's just cut the crap and lay it all out on the table! What's the theme song for YOUR character? :3 It can even be a set of songs that remind you of your OC or even theme songs set between different stages of your OCs life (ex: they might have a different song now than oh, say, Buttercup). Roxy would definitely have a set of Lily Allen songs. Don't judge me Xp But there were like... at least 3 songs that related to Roxy in some way LDN being one of them; about how not everything is as it seems XD Littlest Things also gets a mention :3 For Buttercup, I think Lily Allen's Everything's Just Wonderful suits Roxy's mindset then XD A bit cynical, a bit sick of it all, but trying to put up with it with a smile. Chaplin I'm a little torn between XD I see a happy upbeat song for him, but I listen to Joshua Radin's "These Photographs", and see his happy, simple nature ; w; I'll be shameless and throw in Waka Waka by Shakira, if only because it's sports based, upbeat and sung by a hot chicka (also because it's catchy and I've been hearing it since the World Cup started >___>). During Buttercup, I think Madcon's 'Beggin' sums up how he's fared so far ♥ Also, catchy beats :B

Will and Lane were written to Poe's album Haunted, which was meant to follow the book written by her brother, Mark, House of Leaves. A horror themed brother and sister. Will derived mainly from the song Haunted, while Lane was written to Walk the Walk. To set some ambiance, search for her other songs Exploration B and House of Leaves. Lane's more lighthearted self was written to Secret by The Pierces. In general, Thirteen Tales of Love and Revenge is a very good Lane and Will album, if you're looking for a not quite so-stab-your-heart tear fest.

Get READY FOR THE CLICHE OMFG. Ironically I JUST got done making an REL playlist on my iTunesI think one of the BEST songs to listen to if you were searching for a song to put you in REL's mood would be Toxic by Britney Spears.Other great MOOD songs are Beautiful, Dirty Rich by Lady GagaStarstrukk by 3Oh!3and on a lighter note, Too Sexy by Saer ZeNOW, when I write characters, my taste in music is typically branching out, or I start listening to music I usually skip over, and the songs I pull together while I'm first unwraveling a character's personality will determine a great deal of their characteristics (exactly like DJ said, writing the character to a certain song.) I think I first started writing REL to Too Sexy, as I wanted a conceited, promiscuous girl that I could imagine as very strong, pride wise. Kind of simultaneously, I fitted her to Time to Dance by Panic! at the Disco. She was a bit too gloom!sue at this point, but I still think this song works for aspects of her. DJKID introduced me to The Medic Droid's Fer Shur, and after listening to that song FOREVERS, I applied this kind of sense of desperation to REL, about just how fake she is, and I always imagine her on the edge of her manipulations blowing up due to some emotional weakness. After a while, I hit a big Shiny Toy Guns phase, and in a sort of intangible, very hidden way, I really connected her with their portrayal of the song Stripped. It continued to play on this sense of desperation that she tries so hard NOT to show outwardly. ...I talk too much DX

Kay's sound track... Wow. You're all gonna have to bear with me on this one, because parts of Kay's character that i haven't really talked about yet will be mentioned. Kay is very independent. She knows what she wants to do and where she wants to go in life. She pushes love away because she's afraid to let anyone interfere with her carefully calculated life. Her mother fucked it up for her, her father fucked it up for her. People at Bullworth almost fucked it up for her. But she kept going. Now Lane has crashed into her life and will it fuck up Kay's perfect plan? Well, the song that best goes with Kay's falling in love/insecurity is Ceremony by New Order/Iain Curtis: www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8App43SKMUAnother Kay/Lane song... xD Prepare for soppy. T.O.K's Shining Star (Cure Riddim) www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZDn2PWOIjIFor a bit of an example of Kay's outlook on life, you can take M.I.A's Born Free. www.miauk.com/ This video is totally worth watching too, cause it got banned from youtube and expresses a really good point. Kay is also very like the protagonist of the video for her stubbornness and determination not to be kicked under by those in charge. And for when Kay's in a good mood, Ghost Dancing by Simple Minds www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8f1l1ymzy4Basically because it's a song that really gets you upbeat and happy, and on the rare occasion where Kay is genuinely elated, this would suit her energy and enthusiasm. For Kay's usual grumpy moods, I give you Eels - Novocain for the Soul. www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2yy141q8HQCause all you fucking Preps in her library make her need Novocain for her brain!

In a SLIGHTLY less related note, I'm thinking of seeing how much Nickelback I can apply to Jarrett.
I've discovered that that's the exact singing voice I imagine him with, which is hilarious because I imagine him sounding so much more like a pussy when he's just speaking.

You guys have such awesome tastes! The only songs I can apply to Stevie are kind of boring DX EDITED! Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz fits Stevie pretty well - he's pretty chill with the way things are going, because he knows that, while he may be small and useless now, he won't always be that way. And the whole tone of the song fits his personality, more or less. (There are a lotta Gorillaz songs I can apply to Stevie, actually ) Stevie's kind of simple-minded, and tends to think too much about things that don't matter. Peaches by The Presidents of the United States of America kind of represents that, because it's a three-minute song about peaches. Stevie's the kind of person who would think about peaches for three minutes. (I was listening to it when I first wrote up his profile, so that might have something to do with it) You've Got A Friend In Me suits his attitude towards those he has great respect for. Once Stevie starts to admire someone, he finds himself blindly devoted to them - he'll do whatever they ask and never think poorly of them. It wasn't until I finished typing the above paragraph that I remembered this, but Will is among those people he has great respect for. These mental images I have are strange and confusing...

MILLIONS OF PEACHES, PEACHES FOR ME ♥ LOOK OUT~! FFF My GOD I'm loving Stevie more and more, time to devote more fanart to him XD <3 (also, excuse to the draw the other Bullies, since they get little to no love :C) Edit: I poked around mein music library and found some songs for my G9 OC's, Delilah and Emil :> Emil: Die Toten Hosen's "Hier Kommt Alex" (there are English subs, yes >w<). Fits perfectly with his frustrations and refusal to conform to order Delilah: Castlevania Symphony of Night's "Wood Carving Partita", it reflects her rather regal(?) mannerism, and also, this song was used in the LIBRARY level of the game ;P And you know, she's a librarian (hyuk hyuk) </3

PEACHES <3 STEVIE <3333333 :'D Judith's Bricked Roads theme would probably be Expectations www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEf-ehc4fJc by Belle and Sebastian - she's just getting used to the way things work in Bullworth, and she's a bit odd, so it just reflects the moments of inner frustration and disliking the way things work in her new home Her Buttercup theme WOULD be Pork and Beans by Weezer, because she doesn't care what anyone else thinks of her at all by this point, but... she can't eat pork XD Seb's songs comin' sooooon

It's totally NOT Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash, because I am a thoughtful and considerate human being >.> I kid. It's Ring of Fire.
