Boooooring. But okay, if you dislike it that much. Based on what you guys've come up with here, it seems like he'll probably be more of a fighter than a lover, anyway.

Actually I've been thinking about it and I really wouldn't mind one way or another. But the fighter over lover thing is something I think everyone is agreeing on in the first place.

Well, he can show his emotional side in the story, but towards a girl. No offense, professor but let's face it. Nobody here really wants to write boy on boy romances with this character.

Here is the personality info taken from the character template. I do personality.
Mannerisms: He suffers from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) so he never sits peacefully; either he'll tap his fingers on the table, his foot, pencil, etc.
General traits: Quiet, cool and collected, but is prone to outbursts of hyperactivity. He finds it difficult to focus and concentrate. He's generally indifferent to the world around him. Is a good liar, and won't hesitate to steal something if he needs it. He is stubborn and can sometimes be hypocritical.
Most Pronounced Trait: He incorporates some spanish words in his English, especially when calling people and insulting them. His catchphrase is "cabron". Hidden Trait: He loves insects. Worst Trait: Stubborness and sometimes hypocrisy
Goals: He's pretty indifferent and apathic and has never really thought about it.
Fears: Nothing in particular.
Hobbies: Enjoys playing dominoes and basketball. He likes chess, but doesn't play it often and isn't good at it.
Beliefs: He doesn't believe in God.
Passions: Nothing in particular.
Rate out of 10:
Endurance: 7
Has a good chin, and is a good runner.
Strength: 8
He is a gifted fighter, although doesn't have a lot of raw power.
Intelligence(Left): 4
Due to a lot of skipping school while living in his hometown, he doesn't have much education knowledge.
Intelligence(Right): 7
He isn't a genius, but is intelligent a bit over average. He also has a lot of street smarts.
Honesty: 4
He won't hesitate to lie to get himself out of trouble. He doesn't hesitate to steal either, but isn't a kleptomaniac. Due to his shoplifting skills he will rarely pay for everything he takes in a store.
Compassion: 3
He's pretty indifferent and doesn't really care for anything that doesn't affect him or those he takes a liking to.
Beauty: 5
Aside from maintaining personal hygiene, he doesn't really put too much effort in making himself look pretty.

I do not think he should be an Atheist. If he's very in touch with his roots, he would most likely follow the religion. If I'm not mistaken, it's Catholic, but I'm not one hundred percent sure.
If he doesn't believe in God, why?
My character Tony says he's a Catholic so his family won't murder him (He's from Italy), but he thinks clearly and rationally at all times, so a "god" doesn't go along with that. In secret, he doesn't believe.

By blood, he's 100% Puerto Rican. If, for example, there is an English man who doesn't believe in God, then why should this character?

I think what Terry means is sort of a reason as to why, I suppose :> Hispanics in America as far as I observed aren't completely cut off from religion, though that's not to say that all of them are the same. It's just for character development, really :>
Like, does he not believe in a god because he thinks rationally, or is it because he's lost faith? Just simple reasons XD But I like how he's coming along :>

I wasn't trying t'bag on you. Reasons are good.
If you say he's an atheist just because, well, that's not really good character development. It's rather boring.
Reasons as to why he's an atheist are good. Did he lose faith from all the crime he saw? Did he not like it being shoved down his throat growing up? Is he a rational thinker (which you'll have to completely incorporate into his character).

He thinks rationally, even though he has been raised by religious people. All that "magic" about Christianity was too bullshit to him, seeing as he has been told that Santa, magic and such things don't exist.
Anyway, we should be finishing the character development so I hope that professor, scg25 and others can post their stuff soon.

So he's like Tony.
So if he thinks rationally, put that into his character. That is a major thing that makes up a character. You can't just force that in, thinking rationally makes up the character's development.
It's why Tony is a fearless bastard.
EDIT: Also, even if you dislike a religion, please don't go insulting it. This is an open minded board :x

Well I didn't write him having any of those retarded phobias such as paper, horses, beautiful women and stuff like that.
And when did I insult any religion?

The "magic" about Christianity could be looked at as very insulting. It took me a second to catch it, and I'm not religious whatsoever.
But I mean like a fear of heights, or the dark, or very common ones would be easily dismissed. While I can't really get into this character's head, all I can do is compare it to Tony, unfortunately.

I don't know what anyone would find insulting in that, but alright, I apologize.
